We have a team of staff who work on a 4 days on (12 hours a shift) 2 days off shift pattern. This effectively reduces their wokring week to 6 days.

How do we calcualte hoidays?

We allow a FT staff member 30 days inc. bank hols. The 6 day working week seems to be confusing me – probably unnecessarily!
