Homeworking

I am currently undertaking a dissertation for MSc in Strategic human resource management.

I have decided to investigate the possibilities of introducing homeworking into our Call Centre.

I would be grateful if you have any details on setting up homeworking, i.e the reasons why, the reasons why not to set up etc
