Hi,
I am studying for a Post Grad Diploma in HRM and I am writing my Employment Law assignment. Due to family commitments and a new job I am really behind and I am struggling to answer the question as detailed above. I am looking for some pointers for areas of the law of TUPE that I can praise, criticise and recommend changes – taking care of course to justify any proposals for reform!! The ideas can be economic, social, ethical etc
Anything anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated as I am determined to qualify and this is the only thing hanging over me.
