Despite having a degree in HR, I have never managed to land employment in this field. Having just come out of my first and most current employment, which was working in telecoms for 3 years, I would like to get in the training side of HR. Ideally I would like to become a trainer. Could anybody help me and suggest what I need to do, and how to go about this. Every role I see is asking for years of experience. Catch 22. Any assistance/advice much appreciated.
