I know for HR practitioners this is an age old conumdrum!!
I work in a SME and am a stand alone HRM, this year I have been subject to varying amounts of bullying by my immediate manager, who is the MD!
There is no-one higher to complain to, apart from this person I love my job, I dont want to have to leave, but am at the point where I will have to if this carries on. I have tried raising it, but I am told not the be so sensitive!
So i just was interested to hear your views generally about who HR goes to in these situations!? I know that the actual incidents are probably few and far between, but it’s an interesting subject dont you think?!!?
