We have some employees who have a lot of personal problems and as a result of this have taken a lot of sickness absence since being employed by the organisation. Whilst we are sympathetic to their situation its having an impact on staff moral within the department and I keen to seek a resolution. Has anyone been faced with the same problem and what were the outcomes of any strategies put in place?
