We have set up the Forum guidelines under the Information and Consultation guidelines and now want to get employees enthused about being a Rep. Can anyone share how they sucessfully sold the role to employees, how they publicised it and if they put on any events to promote it.
Also who was used to train the reps would be handy to know as well.
