Hi all,
I'm currently developing a workshop for some managers to give them a basic overview of employment law. I'd love to use some real 'horror stories' where managers have not followed policies and procedures etc and this has ended up at tribunals etc.
Does anyone have any stories that they are willing to share? I won't use any names or company details.
Also if you have any specific examples of problems that have been caused by contracts being worded incorrectly, I'd be extremely grateful.
