HR in Australia?

Hi

Moving to Perth, Western Australia soon. does anyone have any experience of HR in Australia? Is employment law wildly different? How easy is it to continue at a senior level, or would I need to start again…or should I just lie on the beach and let my husband bring in the dosh??
