I’m looking for up to a dozen organizations, in any sector, to try out an on-line HR Customer Satisfaction survey on their internal customers. There’s no charge for this. All I would ask is that you provide me with your feedback on how useful the process, the questionnaire and the final report are. The purpose of the survey is for using the data as part of your continuous improvement processes to raise internal customer satisfaction.

Your results will be confidential, no organization names revealed, and your results will be benchmarked against the scores of all the other participating organizations. When the surveys are complete, you will get a pdf report.

In the survey you can have as many internal customers as you wish providing feedback, with feedback structured by yourself from different business/functional groupings in your organisation.
