Hi I have recently returned back to work after a 2 year break after having my bubba.  I have been very lucky in being appointed to a standalone hr manager role – looks like I am going to have my work cut out for me and I wondered if anybody would be interested in being my mentor, I have approached CIPD without success.  Looking for ideally someone I could run through things with as well as double checking we are being compliant as we have lots of change management pieces coming up!
