I am writing a research report for my CIPD qualification on HR planning. I am currently reviewing hr planning activiies and recommending ways of strategically aligning buiness goals with hr more effectively using case study examples. I am a full time masters student and have not worked in HR, so I do not have access to examples of plans and policies.
It would be helpful to have any examples to look as the text book only tells you so much.
I would appreciate any help.
