I am currently working on my Management Report to go towards my qualification with the CIPD. Having recently moved to the Staffordshire area, I have managed to gain access to a small company, of only 15 employees, to provide me with a project source. My report will therefore be based on how HR practice can improve their overall performance.

I would be very interested in hearing from anyone in or with experience of small business & particularly is you have examples of how HR practice has impacted positively on the bottom line.
