Hi,

We are restructuring our HR department and as part of this we are splitting the HR department into 2 teams. One will be the Resoucring Team.

The second team will cover Terms and Conditions, Pay, Benefits, Pensions, HR Systems, Contracts of employment etc. However we aren’t sure what to call this team.

Whilst we aren’t too hung up on names we are keen to know what other organisations call this HR Team/area of HR.
