Hi,
I have been asked to sit on a project that is changing the current pay and availablity system of empoloyees, as career development.
I do not know anything about this area and am after some tips so I dont go into this completely blind.
What key things should I consider from a HR point of view when considering between different pay systems?
Do we have to undertake any consultation with employees legally, I know we should to get buy in and acceptance but is there a legal requirement?
Any tips would be appreciated..
