I have been given the responsibility of looking at the advantages and pit falls of utilising Independent and/or On Site Recruiters. I have to confess that I am aware of only a handful of companies and am having difficulties sourcing others. Does anyone have any suggestions of any specific companies or preferably a relevant association (like the REC) thatI can contact?
