Does anyone know if there are any percentage standards for sickness within the Manufacturing industry.
We are looking to compare levels of sickness against the industry statistics – i.e. if our sickness rate overall was 10% of our possible working capacity, is that good,bad or indifferent?
Does anyone know where I may be able to find this kind of information, or does it even exist.
