We are in the early stages of preparing to put a strategy in place to conform with the impending Information & Consultation Directive (March 2005). I am looking for companies who are multi-sited and non-union, that have already put something in place. I need to get advice as how they went about implementing a strategy, the pros and cons and how they overcame the multi-sited hurdle.
