I am looking for a case that was brought to ET whereby a female candidate took a claim out against a potential employer to see the original interview notes and not the typed version that was provided when she asked. The original hand written notes made reference to her parental responsibilities and this was subsequently used in a claim that suggested it was the reason why she was not successful at interview. Any names or directions where I could find this case detail would be really helpful.
