I am currently studying for an MSc in Human Resource Management. My dissertation topic is “The implications for HR of the IR 35 legislation within the Oil and Gas Industry”.
There has been much written about the tax implications of this legislation. I feel that it could have huge HR implications and therefore want to raise the profile and research the possible implications of the legislation in relation to HR practitioners.
If anyone has any suggestions for items for inclusion, comments or areas into which HR practitioners would suggest research please let me know.
