I wonder if anyone can help me, I work for a large multi-national company in their HR department, but on the IT training side and we’re about to roll out some big IT Policies. But I have a question when it comes to two of them, and especially how the French law applies to them.

Email – The right to log and possibly check personal emails. If a user sends too many personal emails, how to deal with this for disciplinary actions

Web – Right to log and possibly check web site activity for non-business sites

Can anyone help?
