We are looking at a revamp of our Job Evaluation scheme – new roles, expanded staff headcount et al – and are considering some kind of software to facilitate this. I was wondering if my HR colleagues can recommend JE software/company that they use, or know of, and any comments on JE schemes that they use. For further information we are a small company in the voluntary/not-for-profit sector with 80 employees.
