Could anyone tell me what the law is regarding advertising job vacancies? Do you always have to advertise externally for vacancies? Can you ever employ a previous member of staff who has left the company without going through the interview process? Can you overlook a member of staff who has asked to be considered for the job? Where can I read more about these laws?
