I am just about to deliver and facilitate a two year Leadership Development Programme for middle managers of a major utilities organisation. I want to have all of the participants assessed for their leadership competencies at the beginning of the programme and then assessed again mid way through and at the end.
I have spoken to many so called experts in the field of leadership and became very disillusioned because of their lack of clarity and understanding of the subject. It seems as if everybody has a different view of leadership competencies and behaviours.

I also wish programme participants to work towards a professional qualification in leadership. At this moment in time I have not found anything suitable. Can anybody help?
