I have been asked to design and implement a policy for Learning Contracts within the company. We currently have a policy for Further Education which ties a member of staff to repayment of the investment within a given time frame. We are looking at Learning Contracts undertaking a similar function to ensure that there is return on the investment form the individual.

Has anyone got any examples and best practice they could share.
