I am new to the business and have discovered that my predecessor had been tasked to issue employment contracts to all employees by June 2003. When she left at the end of June 2004 these had still not been issued !
The precedent her is not up to date. Please can anyone help me by providing a copy contract we can use.
Also are there any specific inclusions we should make in the contract relating to the new legislation on disciplinary and grievance procedures from 1.10.04 ?
There is also no employee handbook – so that will be my next task !
