I work as a sole trader in the Training field and am eager to make friends with others whose main trade/business is providing services in any of the following HR, CRM or IT areas:
Recruitment & Selection; Transactional HRM; Workforce Planning; Assessment Centre Management; Employment Law, Job Role Analysis; Skill Mix Analysis; Pay & Rewards; Occupational Health Management; Career Advice and Management; Compensation & Benefits; Diversity and Age related issues; Discrimination; Succession Planning; Complaint Handling and Management; Corporate Social Responsibility; Health, Safety and Well Being; Risk Management; Key/Basic/General Skills; Shared Service Outsourcing; Socio- Technical Systems; Taxonomies and Codification of Data; Quality Improvement and Customer Relationship Management
The criteria is that they must:
Live in Buckinghamshire
Provide services either as a sole trader or as a small business (no more than 5 employees/associates) operating as a Ltd company
Want to secure future work locally in Buckinghamshire
Be interested in and/or participate in ongoing learning and CPD
I am not an agency nor am I setting up a business. I am simply looking for local associates from these specialist areas that might be willing to collaborate on future bids to clients.
The areas listed are of great interest to me and would compliment rather than conflict with my own expertise and service offering across Knowledge and Information Management, Complexity, Chaos and Change, Management Training, Leadership Development, Organisational Learning, Performance Management and Trainer Development.
I have an extremely wide network of colleagues across the UK, Europe & US who between them have many of these skills but have yet to find fellow colleagues in Buckinghamshire where I live.
