We’re starting to notice that many employees are having a lot of doctor/dentist/optician appointments during work time. No problem in this once in a while but I’d like to know what other people’s suggestions are on improving this situation. We have considered having a ‘request form’ for this type of leave and getting it approved in advance or considering time off of this nature is taken out of holiday/sick leave. Do people have thoughts on the practicalities/legalities?
