An employee is due to start maternity leave at the end of August
The company holiday year runs from 1st April annually and she has not yet taken any of her 2007/08 entitlement (4 weeks)
Can we pay her holiday pay for the whole of 2007/08 before maternity leave starts or does this breach the Working Time Directive?
Due to the time available she would not be able to take 4 weeks off before maternity starts
If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated
