I work for a Dutch company and have just found out I am pregnant.  I am trying to find out whether Dutch or UK maternity laws apply.  I am paid in Sterling, taxed according to UK tax laws, take UK public holidays and have an office in the UK which I work from.  Before I tell my employers about my pregnancy I would like to have an idea about whetehr UK or Dutch maternity laws are applicable.
