One of our employees has asked my advice on this subject. His wife joined a Co. 2 June 2003, advised them in September 2004 of her pregnancy, went on Maternity Leave 4 January 2005 received Maternity Pay for 26 weeks and advised Co. she would be taking 26 weeks additional Maternity Leave. Has now discovered Company has closed and moved to London. She has had no communication from them. How does she stand? what should she do?

Before I speak to him I would like to make sure I am on the right track with advise and would welcome any advice.
