Hi, I am looking to employ and train a part time book keeper and am concerned that if the employee became pregnant I would have to hold her job open for her for 26 or maybe even 52 weeks.  This is a small business with just me and one part time book keeper.  Obviously I would be able to employ a temp if this happened but I would like to know what my position is.
