I know this topic has been discussed in the past, but with recent changes to both maternity leave and holiday entitlement is anyone able to give a definitive (!) answer to the following question?

I have an employee about to return following her maternity leave which began last November. I know that she accrues her contractual holidays during the OML period and statutory holidays during AML, but what about Bank Holidays?

Does she accrue BHs during either or both periods of ML?
