Maternity Pay and Salary Review


I would be very grateful to hear what other organisations are doing in relation to re-calcuating Maternity pay following a salary review.

We have just gone through our review and awarded salary increases to all those on materntiy leave and are unsure what action to take following the regulations that appear to have come in to effect in April this year.

Have you re-calculted for all employees on maternity leave or only those that have left on or after 1 April?
