We have an employee who starts maternity leave on 2nd April. She will still have 2 weeks holiday entitlement due to her up to next December having so far taken 2 of her 4 weeks annual leave Her SMP period ends on 31/12/07 so she cannot physically take the holiday. Is she entitled to be paid for it? if so when? or is it lost?
