I wonder if anyone can help with some benchmarking I am trying to undertake.

We are looking at introducing a policy for managers to claim for their staff’s medical expenses if it would help them to either remain at work or return to work quicker.

As part of my research, I am trying to establish whether any other companies have such a policy and if so what kind of parameters/conditions do they have around it. Such as timescales for getting treatment on NHS, a ceiling on the amount of money they will pay out etc.

Can anyone help?
