I am currently producing 2 mentoring policies: 1 covering new recruits and the second covering high performing employees as part of their career development and advancement. Whilst I have produced the first policy (which will apply for the first 6 months of employment), I am currently trying to shape the second policy. Does anyone have a mentoring policy which is aimed at my target group of high performing employees.
