Is there a minimum qualification for an HR Superintendent. The reason I ask is that the current HR Supt. was a secretary when joining the company with no formal qualifications for this role. When the last HR Supt Left this person applied for the job but did not get it, it remained empty. During a company (global) re-organisation last year this person was escalated to this position. They are totally unsuitable for the job and have caused a catalogue of mistakes/upsets amongst staff yet they stay in the position. This power of the position has gone to their head and is being used in totally the wrong way.
