I have been sent the CV of a candidate that is apparently in the UK (from India) on a one year Missionary Visa.
I have worked in recruitment for many years and have never come across this type of Visa before and am keen to know exactly what it is and the respective working limitations.
The Rec Con that sent me the CV is sure that the Visa is easily extended when it expires next year but I am a little sceptical and reluctant to take his word for it!
Is this legal for working full time in a “non-missionary” capacity and can it be extended?
Any help gratefully received!!
