I am currently doing my CPP and am doing my Management Project on the suitability of running a Modern Apprenticehsip scheme with my company. If possible, I would like to hear from people whose companies employ people on the MA scheme and how well you think it works. It would also be helpful to find out what sort of vacancies you emply people on the MA scheme.
