I have used the modified 2 step procedure regarding my former employers and have received a response from them not answering all of the questions I raised in writing or submitting documents I had requested. Therefore wish to proceed further with my grievance(s).

What do I do next? I believe I have grounds for constructive dismissal and discrimination, do I file an ET1 after the 28 days? If this is the case do I inform them of my intention to do so in a written response to their letter to me?
