Our suggestion schemes states that an employee cannot make a suggestion that relates directly to their day to day area of responsibility. We are aware however, that on previous occasions this has happened, but the suggestion has been submitted by a colleague from a different department; with the award being split between the two employees.
Has anyone found an effective way of monitoring this type of situation?
