We give 20 days of paid holiday to all staff, with 8 days paid bank holidays. This will not be changing with the new legislation because we still meet the minimum requirements.
What now happens to part time staff entitlements? e.g Now, full time staff are taking 4 bank holidays from within their stat minimum of 24 days leave, and getting four ‘bonus’ bank holidays to total 28 days leave. Do part time staff get 4 holidays pro-rataed, or continue to get 8 bank holidays pro-rataed?
