New NI rate - Announcing to staff

We would like to send an email to all staff to remind them/inform them that NI is increasing in April.

Is anyone else doing this? Would anyone mind sharing their announcement with me?

Bearing in mind that salary increases are not going to be huge this year, we want to keep staff informed as much as possible.
