I am completing my CPP and I am doing my main project of a new recruitment system which we have had installed onto our payroll system. I was wondering if any one had a recruitment system in place and what their feelings were about it. Did it benefit the organisation in any way and did it speed up the porcess of recruitment. i.e. sending out interview letters, references, offers of appointment and contracts.
