I have quarterly bonus of a % of the company’s profits. I know that the company is making a profit and yet i am not being paid my bonus. The timetable and % amount is clearly stated in the remuneration section of my contract and is not described as discretionary.

I know that in the past the company has paid this PRP Bonus to employees as and when it felt like it and i would like to know where i stand if they continue to withold it.
