My daughter has works at a nursery and was told yesterday that the nursery is closing today and that they will alll be paid up to today.

Onviously this is short notice for both the employees and the parents.

3 of the nursery nurses have offered on a temporary basis (2-3 weeks) to babysit up to 5 of the children at one of their houses, until the parents can make alternative arrangements or until they become registered child minders.

Is there any legal reason why they can’t do this if the parents are in agreement?
