My question is in two parts:
Firstly, does anyone have a policy on sponsorship/day release for employees working in a nursery?
I am based part time with a company who has an onsite nursery. One of the issues they currently have with recruitment is that they do not offer day release for those employees who want to study. The rationale is that it is too expensive and timely to arrange temp cover.
So, secondly, I’d like to show that high turnover and recruitment costs do add up to more in the long run, but need some cold hard facts to back me up?!
Can anyone help?
