Can anyone advise?
At present we use an NHS Occupational Health Centre to Health Screen new employees, via a paper-based referal system. However we are finding that due to their huge workload of dealing with the local hospital as well as a large majority of local businesses and organisations, the service is very slow.
Does anyone know of a directory of other Occupational Health Centres, or know of one in the Cambs region? Or does anyone use a private organisation and has found it successful – I was wondering if there were few around as the NHS Centres can afford to run at lower costs…due to the number of Drs/Nurses to be screened.
It is holding up our recruitment process and any help would be invaluable, thanks 🙂
