With the way Bank Holidays fall in 2003/04 we are considering closing the office on Friday 2nd Jan 04 and deducting 1 days annual leave from everyone’s entitlement. I have conducted a poll and 2/3rds of staff are in favour. Can I enforce this on the 1/3 of staff who want to work?
